Welcome to a place of compassion and understanding dedicated to uplifting our community through mental health empowerment.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

As guests, The Robbie Dean Family Counselling Centre would like to acknowledge that the land on which we provide service is the traditional unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg People. This acknowledgement should not function as closure, or acceptance of the past or present, but should spark a desire to learn about the history of this country and provoke thought, reflection, and positive change. We would like to recognize and respect the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples of Canada who have lived on Turtle Island for generations and who we have chosen to walk our journey alongside, toward reconciliation.
